The Gym of Social Mechanics is a functional fitness gym offering small group classes led by certified trainers. Workouts combine a variety of dynamic movements, including cardio, bodyweight, kettlebells, and foundational weightlifting. Our workouts are approachable and scalable for any fitness level. We want to help you meet your unique fitness goals.

We believe functional fitness is a lifestyle, not just a series of exercises; it's a mentality of using fitness as a vehicle to better our lives. While functional fitness has the benefits of running faster and jumping higher, it's as much about feeling good as it is loving what we see in the mirror. The goal for what we do is simply to determine, achieve, and maintain the best version of ourselves.
Our trainers are as knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun as they come. They thrive off of helping you set goals, then challenging you to meet those goals both in and out of the gym. They also have great taste in music, which is always a plus.
