I grew up playing soccer, from age 5 until I graduated high school. But that was a very long time ago. My current fitness background is the year and a half I have been a part of Social Mechanics.
FAVORITE MOVEMENT IN A WORKOUT
Deadlift. Once I started to understand the lift and apply good form, that is when the fun kicked in. When deadlifting heavy, you can literally feel your entire body working to get the weight up. I like it because it engages the entire body.

At this moment, my goals are to stay focused on being consistent with working out and hopefully, one day, to not finish last in a metcon! Haha.
