I grew up dancing pre-professional ballet for 15 years and studied with companies such as Boston Ballet and American Ballet Theatre. It wasn’t until I became an adult that I branched out to HIIT workouts and bootcamp-type workouts.

WHAT FITNESS GOALS ARE YOU CURRENTLY PURSUING?
My fitness goal is more mental. More weight. More reps. Less time. My fitness goal is to constantly beat my stats from the day before. A few movements I would like to accomplish are strict pull ups and toes-to-bar.
