I consider myself to always have been an above average athlete, nothing more or less. Aside from playing sports, the only other fitness activity prior to SM I would get in was the occasional run or bike ride, and the mandatory once-a-week arm pump session. Curls for the girls, of course. With inspiration to get into more metabolic conditioning workouts from my brother-in-law, we showed up to an early morning class in February of 2016 and I've been hooked on SM ever since. It may not be saying much, but I'm now in the best shape of my entire life, and the camaraderie and friendships I've formed at the gym are immeasurable.

Power Cleans. I love the full-body strength and power, especially using the heavy core thrust that they require. Them hips don't lie.

WHAT FITNESS GOALS ARE YOU CURRENTLY PURSUING?
For me, a healthy fitness lifestyle directly correlates with professional and personal success. If I am able to push my body and mind to its very limits and survive, I know I can walk into any important meeting confidently and also be a better friend, family member, and dog dad.
