After playing sports constantly for most of my life (baseball, football, golf, basketball), I pretty much quit working out in college. Beyond a few pickup basketball games, I was pretty inactive but still eating the same amount. Before I knew it, I weighed just over 240 lbs. The summer after my senior year of college, I knew that I had to change, and I started working out 4-5x a week and changed my diet. After hitting a wall working out by myself in chain gyms, I went looking for something better, and found it here at SM.

WHAT FITNESS GOALS ARE YOU CURRENTLY PURSUING?
It's been a little over 3 years and a little under 50 pounds since I got started back on the fitness train, and the next goal is to go from being in decent shape to the best shape of my life.
