I grew up playing sports year round, but going into high school I focused on volleyball and softball. In college, I played volleyball rec leagues but didn't really have a set workout regime. As I've gotten older I realize the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. I still play volleyball occasionally in rec and sand leagues, but social mechanics has really changed my view on working out in a positive way and keeps me accountable.
FAVORITE MOVEMENT IN A WORKOUT
Squats! Really anything but long distance running, and yes, anything over 400m is long distance in my book!
