Growing up I never was into anything athletic, so it wasn't surprising that by 18 years old I weighed about 280 pounds. I started doing the fitness stuff when I hit that peak. By fitness stuff, I mean just walking and getting my start. Now, almost five years later, I've lost almost a hundred pounds! Social mechanics has driven me to be the best I can be all the time!
