Service Description

$675 for 9 private sessions ($75 per session) Who is this for? Any members, new or current, want individual instructions on the foundational movements used at Social Mechanics to help them master the technique and be ready to kill it in class! How does it work? This course includes 9 sessions scheduled within 30 days. Each session we will cover 3 key skills or movements with a companion workout that builds on the skills of the day. The companion workouts mirror our regular Social Mechanics classes. So if you decide to join group classes later in the week, you will be familiar with terminology and style. The Basic Mechanics course will include all the fundamental movement patterns that are staples in Social Mechanics classes. Those movements include but are not limited to, push-ups, sit-ups, deadlifts, wall balls, power cleans, squats, kettlebell swings and more! The course will last for 3 weeks, with 3 workouts a week for 1-hour each. Also included is an initial consultation with your trainer. Not a Social Mechanics member, but looking to learn the basic of functional training? That’s ok! This course is open to members and non-members! Please Note: It is not necessary to the Basic Mechanics course before signing up for our classes, even if you are a beginner. This course simply enhances our classes and provides greater individual instruction and time to work on proper form and technique.
