Fitness junkie since 2014. I stepped into my first group workout class, Yoga Sculpt, at Corepower Yoga and never looked back. I loved building strength in myself because it’s so much more than physical strength. I felt and experienced change, and now I’m privileged enough to help other people grow and see change within themselves too!
Certified NASM coach since 2015, Yoga Sculpt strength and conditioning graduate (2015) and YSTT coach (2018). Social Mechanics coach since 2018.
Fun fact you may not know is that I was a rock climber for the University of Texas in 2011.
Favorite playlists always include Cardi B or any rap, Disclosure, ODESZA, Galantis and guilty pleasure of The Greatest Showman soundtrack (I still listen to it every morning to get hyped for the day).
Favorite cheat meals is hands down drunken noodles, dumplings, crispy egg rolls and I top it off with ice cream. Yes, I can eat all that in one sitting.
The best part of Social Mechanics is our people. Nothing compares to our community and support we show each other at our best, and especially at our worst. We are family, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it!
