9:30am-12:00pm

1:00pm-4:30pm

7:30pm-8:30pm

Weekend Personal Training Hours

Saturday: 11:30am-4:30pm

Sunday: 7:30am-4:30pm

Because our primary focus is group training, all personal training occurs before or after our set class schedule. All appointments are based on individual coach's availability. Coaches may occasionally be available outside of the above listed hours and can schedule alternative times with you directly.
