What do I need to bring?

Just yourself, some water and a small gym towel if you would like.

What if I have never done a movement or I have injuries?

Not to worry! We have scalable options for everyone. Our certified trainers will coach you through every movement and make sure you are using good form.

Is this just CrossFit?

No. Although our programing shares some of the same movements, we are not a CrossFit gym. Our workouts include dynamic movements with body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells and/or foundational barbell work. We promise a good workout, with out killing you.

Do I need to sign up?
