About the Event
Hey Members!
Mark your calendars! We are VERY excited to announce the 1st ever Social Mechanics Fast and Furriest 5K at White Rock Lake! This event is a run/walk/jog that benefits the SCPA of Texas! This is not our first fundraising 5K; we raised over $1000 4 Oak Cliff last May and will try to beat that amount this year!
We will meet in the White Rock Alehouse parking lot (7331 Gaston Ave) by the Santa Fe Trail. 5K will kick off at 9:30am on the trial! The participation fee for the event is $15 and all proceeds will be donated directly to the SCPA of Texas. Plus, all donors will receive a nifty gift from the gym!
Bring your 2 legged and 4 legged friends for this event and stick around after for some drinks at the White Rock Brewery plus food provided by the Punch Drunk Chef! This will be great time to hang out with other members plus contribute to a great cause!
