About the Event
Learn to row with speed and efficiency, as well as strategies for different demands like a sprint workout or a long distance grind.
Led by Coach Erik Clark, who is also Social Mechanic's Head of Coach Development.
Coach Erik's Rowing Background:
- 2 year Collegiate Rower (Orange Coast College)
- Freshman Crew won ACRA 2002 Title (American Collegiate Rowing Association)
- Competed at WIRA (Western Intercollegiate Rowing Association)
- During the Summers Taught Rowing Spin Classes at a Rowing Studio in Newport Beach, CA
